To apply business visa from Chinese embassy, you will need to present invitation letter beside other documents. You may also get the official invitation letter from you business partners or friends in China. It could be an easy way to get your visa in time.
Some embassy of China may accept the invitation letter issued from China International Bicycle Fair Organizing Committee. the official organizer of China Cycle. This invitation letter  is available on our website. You can just download and fulfill and print out with a color printer. 

Many countries have visa exempt agreement with Hong kong and Macau, if so, you can fly to Hong Kong or Macau without visa. Hong Kong and Macau issue their own visas as of Chinese consulate for foreigners to go from Hong Kong or Macau to mainland China. Please contact agencies of HK and Macau for details.
